Article Marketing Reminders
May 30th, 2005 GlennP
Just a heads up for some few marketers who are new to article marketing.
1. Never blatantly advertise your niche or product in your article, write an article that’s informative and worthy for reprints. The blatant ads should be in your resource box.
2. Always keep your resource box short, 300 to 350 characters including spaces should be more than enough.
3. Always include you site URL, email or contact number in your resource box. Do not forget to include http:// when writing your URLs.
4. Never ever try to format the title with HTML tags, you may laugh at this but I have seen some.
5. Give a higher priority of keeping your article short and optimized (keyword wise) rather than writing a long one.
6. When submitting your article to article directories such as iSnare.com, never include your article’s title in the body. A text area or box is provided for you to input the title, never rewrite it in the body else publishers will just disapprove it, especially if the site you are submitting to has tons of articles to edit.
7. NEVER write your title in ALL CAPS .
There you have it, 7 things to remember… I may have missed some things here, please comment to point them out. ![]()
