Pen name limits for platinum members lifted. Giving all Platinum members ability to add unlimited pen names.

Fixes:

Error message for non-platinum members on adding pen names now fixed. The error message was showing an incorrect figure of the number allowed pen names. Currently, non-platinum members are allowed to create 16 pen names.
