I AM VERY SORRY to all our members, clients, publishers and loyal readers!
Because of a very unexpected happening our main database server crashed and we had to recover everything. Lucky us it was not a fatal crash and only affected one table but that table is where the articles are!
It was recoverable but unusable so we have to recreate another table exactly the same and transfer everything!
I went home late from the office because of this and I made a promise this will NEVER happen AGAIN!

This isn’t the first time I posted my concerns about these types of publishers. Though I have not implemented a fine penalty for those violating and abusing our service which is offered for free, I am reconsidering it again.
Every time we got hit by an abusive bot hundreds of dollars are thrown to trash. Not only in iSnare.com but also in other content sites not limiting to article directories.
Others are fighting back with technicals yet others just ignore and upgrade hardware. Well, that’s costly as our servers are very costly as of the moment already.

We just launched an update in www.isnare.com today and if you are very good at looking at differences in sites then you might just notice. Though, I think it isn’t hard to figure out and look for.
Going around isnare.com, specially the front page… you’ll be able to see tags… Yes, tags… but one thing is different… they are not user driven, they are algorithmically tagged to an article from our servers. Once the article is approved and viewed the first time our algorithm will tag the article and that will be it’s birth mark to our directory…

Well, yeah… it’s about time it is… for a long time we have been… well… wanting to get into the Yahoo! directory. And just this year and this month we finally got in!

I got an email today from a long time author at iSnare.com who knows my personal email (it ain’t hard to find hehe)… he asked, how does it work? TheFreeLibrary.com and iSnare.com. He added, what if I do not have an account at them?
Well, Steve of TheFreeLibrary.com got a genius plan just for that. With his talented developers they are going to create one for you if the article from iSnare.com has no account link to theirs.
The account will have a temporary password and you will be notified.

Well there it is… CareerBuilder.com and iSnare.com are partners to deliver only the best job search and advice.

iSnare Technologies just launched jobs.isnare.com for everybody to visit. It is currently on beta stage and is obviously powered by careerbuilder.com
We hope this effort and new service could be useful to many.

We got a thousand emails each month… Emails from link exchanges to inquires about buying links in our homepage etc…
Well, iSnare.com does NOT sell links. There are two options to advertise at iSnare.com and if you want to advertise in the homepage you can do so by advertising via Google Adwords.
This page here clearly states the two offers on how to advertise at iSnare.com.
Take note, the article and category sponsorship via ExactSeek.com and we implement rel=”nofollow” in those text-ads and anyway it is a redirect URL using exactseek.com advert urls.

We are having a large database clean-up and maintenance now. Usually when this happens you will find an error that says iSnare.com is offline and will be back in 5 miunutes.
